Establishing the facts

We look at the relevant documents and your personal circumstances. If you have not got the paper work, no problem, we can get it ourselves from the companies involved.

If our partner solicitors decide you've a reasonable chance of a successful reclaim, on a No-Win, No Fee basis, we will advise you that we will make an application on your behalf.

Please note, a fee will be payable if the case is not pursued at the client's request.

Get the Claim started

We calculate how much you can realistically make a claim for. This can be part or all of the money you've paid out. Interest may be added on top of this.

Our partner solicitors will make a formal reclaim application, and chase the matter in the case of no response.

financial ombudsman involvement

If needed, the case can be taken to the Financial Ombudsman.
This is the government backed service for informally settling disputes between consumers and businesses providing financial services, without the need to go to court.

Court Action

If we are still unsuccessful, but are convinced you have a case, we will take it to court, attending if necessary on your behalf. We can also arrange for a barrister to be involved in the claim, and the barrister will also help you on a no win, no fee basis.

If the court ruling is in your favour, but payment is not forth coming, we'll arrange for bailiffs to enforce payment if necessary.

Your cash is returned to you.

The process can take as little as 10 weeks. If court action is needed, or the claim goes to the Financial Ombudsman Service, it can take up to 12 months.

Our fee for this service is 25% of any money returned or written off plus VAT at 20% of the settlement value.

Compensation for a Payment Protection Insurance claim may come in the form of a direct financial payment or an indirect financial benefit, such as a reduction of the outstanding balance of the loan or a reduction in arrears.
