Short Guide to the Community

  • How do I ask a debt question
    1. Type your question in the box provided and click “continue”.
    2. Add more detail to your question at the prompt. When you are ready to publish your question, click "post your topic".
    3. A login box will then display, you have the option to log in using your Facebook/Twitter/Google ID and more, or if you want to remain anonymous, you may create a Get Satisfaction account by clicking the link at the bottom of the login box.
    4. Once you’ve signed up or logged in, your question will be displayed on the Community and other members may receive a notification by email.
  • How do I join the Community?
    If you don't have a question to ask just yet and want to join the Community, all you have to do is click the "sign up" link at the top of the page and you can create a Community Get Satisfaction account.
  • How do I manage my profile?
    When logged into the Community, hover over your name at the top of the screen and you'll be given a drop down menu which includes a link to "profile information". This link will allow you to change your display name, password, contact details and your photo.
