Establishing the facts

We look at the relevant documents and your personal circumstances. If you have not got the paper work, no problem, we can get it ourselves from the companies involved.

If our partner solicitors decide you've a reasonable chance of a successful reclaim, on a No-Win, No Fee basis, we will advise that we make an application on your behalf.

Get the Claim started

We calculate how much you can realistically make a claim for. This can be part or all of the money you've paid out. Interest may be added on top of this.

Our partner solicitors will make a formal reclaim application, and chase the matter in the case of no response.

financial ombudsman involvement

If needed we can opt to take the case to the Financial Ombudsman.
This is the government backed service for informally settling disputes between consumers and businesses providing financial services, without the need to go to court.

Start Court Action

If we are still unsuccessful, but are convinced we have a case, we will take it to the small claims court, attending if necessary on you behalf.

Bailiffs

If the court ruling is in your favour, but payment is not forth coming, we'll arrange for bailiffs to enforce payment is made.

Your cash is returned to you.

The process typically takes about 10 weeks. If court action is needed, it can take as up to 12 months.

Our fee for this service is 25% of any money returned.
