Latest Repossessions Stopped

7th May 2009, Chelmsford County Court
Client had fallen into arrears on £9000 due to illness. Now back in work the Judge suspended the warrant with client paying the contractual payment plus £30 on top.

5th May 2009, Eastbourne County Court
Client fell into arrears of £9158 due to own business suffering. The business recovered and the judge suspended the warrant with client paying the mortgage payment plus £200 on top.

24th March 2009, Aylesbury County Court
Client had fallen into arrears of 12,933 due to illness and time off work. Now back in work the judge suspended the eviction on the grounds of contractual monthly instalments plus £100.
